We offer free standard shipping on eligible United States orders.

  • Free shipping applies only when it is displayed at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or United States public holidays.
  • Processing times may be extended during holidays, high-demand periods, or unexpected operational delays.

Estimated Delivery Time

United States delivery: Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days after processing.

Estimated total delivery time: processing time + shipping time.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary depending on carrier activity, destination, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.

Tracking Information

When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout.

  • Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
  • If your tracking number does not update right away, please allow additional time for the carrier system to refresh.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at support@sparvox.com.

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

Delivery Delays

Shipping estimates may be affected by factors outside our control, including:

  • Customs or import processing, if international shipping is available at checkout

Sparvox is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

International Shipping

International shipping is only available if it is shown as an option at checkout. If international shipping is available for your destination, shipping cost, estimated delivery time, and any available shipping method will be displayed before payment.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local carrier charges required by their country. These charges are not controlled by Sparvox.

Missing Or Delivered Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check the delivery address, mailbox, front desk, parcel locker, household members, neighbors, or local carrier office.
